What It Means

Your site is currently in lockdown mode. All requests are being blocked except those from allowlisted IP addresses.

Why It Matters

Lockdown mode is typically activated during an active security incident or when you need to take your site offline while maintaining access for your team. Only traffic from IP addresses on your allowlist will be permitted through.

Common Triggers

Lockdown mode is manually activated by you or your team through the WAF dashboard, usually in response to a security incident, active attack, or planned maintenance.

What To Do

If lockdown is active and you need to restore normal access, disable lockdown mode in your WAF dashboard. If a team member needs access during lockdown, add their IP address to your IP Allowlist.
