What It Means

The IP address making this request is on your WAF’s IP blocklist.

Why It Matters

Your IP blocklist is a list you control directly. Requests from an address on it are stopped before reaching your application, except on URL paths you have allowlisted: allowlisted paths stay reachable even from blocked addresses.

Common Triggers

You or your team added this IP address to the blocklist, typically in response to abuse, spam, or attack traffic.

What To Do

If this block is unexpected, review your blocklist on the IP Rules > Block IPs page of the WAF dashboard. See Blocking IP Addresses. Remove the IP if the block is no longer needed.
