Why It Matters

Your IP blocklist is a list you control directly. When an IP is on this list, all requests from that address are stopped before reaching your application.

Common Triggers

You or your team previously added this IP address to the blocklist, typically in response to observed abuse, spam, or attack activity.

What To Do

If this block is unexpected, review your IP blocklist in the WAF dashboard. The IP may have been added by a team member or during a previous incident. See Blocking IP Addresses to manage your blocklist. Remove the IP if the block is no longer needed.
