Append-only event log keyed off apps. Used to track provisioning progress, failures, and to fire Honeybadger alerts.

Conventions

sucuri_action — the action being tracked. Examples: sucuri_add_site_failed, failed_200_check.
Workers and services write a metric row at each significant step in the WAF / cert flow.
Failure-state rows trigger Honeybadger.notify so production failures surface to the team.
