Wraps the Heroku Platform API. Most callers are workers in the WAF onboarding pipeline.

Used for

  • Receiving add-on provision / deprovision callbacks
  • Reading and updating custom domains on the customer’s app
  • Managing SSL endpoint / SNI / ACM state
  • Looking up app metadata for support

Notes

  • Our own production app is app-sslendpoint (not sci-marketing); default -a app-sslendpoint for heroku CLI commands in this repo.
  • Add-on emails coming from @heroku.com or @salesforce.com are never spam.
